Hi everyone, Mou here with today's OA challenge.
My biggest back-to-school challenge is waking up early!!! I'm NOT a morning person, I'm a complete night owl who finds it very very hard to be coordinated and functional during the early part of the day. But I have two school-age children, so I don't have a choice :( Throw into the mix two children who have apparently inherited my not-a-morning-person qualities and I'll leave the rest to your imagination.
Anyways, today's challenge is to create any Back-to-School project of your choice using any OA paper line or lines.
Here's my take:
And some close-up shots...
Laura is playing along with me today and here's her adorable card
Laura says: "I adore making school themed projects, all the primary colours just make me so happy! My oldest boy is starting grade 3 this year, and a bit nervous about it. I thought I'd use this challenge to make a card to sneak into his lunch box to fill with some encouraging notes. I used products from the new Daily Flash lines, and then I snuck in an apple die cut from the much older line Cherry Hill. It just went perfectly with this card."
Thanks Laura!
You could take the challenge too! When you do, please share your creations with us on the October Afternoon Flickr gallery.
