Good Morning! This is Wilna... can you hear my funny South African accent? It's Monday and I have a super easy challenge for you. Today, create a page with only two elements:
1. Using fall as your inspiration...
2. Use a photo that's 8x10 or bigger!
I took some pictures of my girls a while ago and had this one enlarged. I couldn't wait to get it scrapped. For this page I used mostly the beautiful sidewalks collection. Kinsey played along and this is her pretty page:
Here's what Kinsey said about her page: This challenge couldn't have come at a better time! I've been meaning to scrapbook Brianna's white pumpkin addiction for so long now and I finally checked it off of my 'to scrap' list! I knew I wanted it to be fairly simple, not too many embellishments so I decided to let the photo of the pumpkins be my base. I printed the photo onto 8.5 x 11 photo paper and then cut 1/2 inch strips of patterned paper for the right side (i used papers from sasparilla, seaside, and campfire). I also cut 3 large circles using my silhouette for a small photo of Brianna at the pumpkin farm last year, a spot for my title, and some journaling space that I embellished using a button from the 5 & dime miscellany layered on top of some Studio Calico tissue trim.
Hope you’ll participate in this simple challenge! If you do participate, please link up your work in our October Afternoon Flickr gallery so we can see your creations!
