Whether you’re a bona-fide farm gal or a down-home city chick dreaming of the farm you never had, October Afternoon's newest line - Farm Girl - is for you!
The Farm Girl collection features a wonderful selection of paper with a country flair, bearing names such as "Pickling Crock," "Fresh Eggs," "Pie Tin" and more! You'll also find embellishments that conjure up memories of canning fruits and vegetables, playing with barnyard animals, one-room schools, and much more!
Of course, the centerpiece of this collection is Farm Girl herself ... a bright-eyed, pony-tailed, straight-shootin' beauty who is a lot more country than she is rock-n-roll.
Join us today in a visit to the blogs of eight of our Design Team members, where you are sure to find inspiration when you see what each has created using this new collection! There are prizes being given away at each stop so don't miss out or Farm Girl may make you do some chores!
Once you have visited everyone's blog, come back here to the October Afternoon blog and leave a comment letting us know how you want or plan to use 'Farm Girl', or tell us which part of the collection is your favorite. One lucky winner will receive our GRAND PRIZE: a "Farm Girl' Collection Kit!
Comments will be left open through Tuesday, December 11, 2012. The grand prize winner will be announced on Wednesday, December 12, 2012. The Grand Prize winner and all blog prize winners have 30 days to claim their prize after receiving notification.
The first stop on the hop is Mou Saha's blog. And to make sure you don't end up going in crop circles, here's a list of our participating Design Team members to help keep you on track:
Have fun down on the farm!

I cannot wait to get my hands on this paper collection! I love the pretty and rustic papers. The mason jar chipboard stickers are too cute! And I love the vintage looking Journal Cards, Tidbits, and Doo-Dads. I like to take my girls to a local farm where they can pick their own fruits and vegetables. I plan to use this paper collection to make a mini album with pictures of my girls at the farm. So excited about using Farm Girl for my farm girls!

This new line is so cute! I would actually get a lot of use from this line- I live in the middle of cotton/wheat fields and am planning to start my first garden in the spring (which must be documented!) I also put up some jam a few months ago for the first time and while I have the pictures to prove it, I haven't scrapped them yet. I am also expecting my first child and the nursery theme is ABC's, so the Barnyard paper would work well with all the scrapbooking I am about to be inundated with :-) And I especially like the Here and Now "Grow" book- that would be perfect to document and keep track of my gardening exploits for future reference- might as well make it cute!

Everytime I look at this cutie I am reminded of the Campbell's Kids - you see my maiden name is Campbell so I have always loved those cuties! Each blogger had such an inspiring way to showcase this collection and I know I have lots of down on the farm projects that this would work great with as well. Thanks for continuing to come out with product that takes my projects to the next level.
