Good morning! Danni here with today's Tuesday tutorial. I have had an idea for the incredible 9 to 5 Chapter Sheets and thought I would share that idea with you today in tutorial format.
The Chapter Sheets are new to the October Afternoon lines and they are fun!
My eldest son is graduating from high school this year and I wanted to share the wisdom of Dr. Seuss in my prayer and advice to him.
Thoughts for You Baby On Your Graduation Album
(this album has the story Oh! The Places You'll Go typed on each page, letter from Mom and Dad)
love, love, love the new washi tapes with the 9 to 5 line.
And here's how I created my cover of the album
And here are some of the inside pages (click pics to enlarge and read)
(the note to my son has been blurred, because he hasn't seen it yet and i don't want him to see it before i give him the album)
I will share the rest of the album and details on my blog in the next couple of days. I have to finish editing pics first :)
I hope you will try a fun "out-of-the box" approach to this new mini album in the 9 to 5 line. This line is so much more versatile than a work/office line might suggest.
If you create a mini album of your own, we'd absolutely love to see it in our OA FLICKR GALLERY
Thank you for joining us here today.
Happy Creating♥

This brought a tear to my eye. I love Dr Suess, and you've made such a special album for someone special - great work.

I have to say that I am probably the world's biggest OA fan ever. I own more OA product than any scrapbook store I've ever seen. I can't get enough of it. Anyway....my question is this - I love the blog, but I am wondering why you never have challenges with the opportunity to win product? I know you have the flicker gallery where you can share projects, but I would really love to see challenges where we can post projects and win prizes. Is it something you've considered?
Thanks in advance. I hope you can get back to me.
Blessings,
Karen L

It goes to show you that your papers and things are so versatile.

Hey this is gorgeous. But I've got a question. What kind of yarn and settings of your sewing maschine do you use for stitching on paper? I've tried a lot but it never looked good as yours.

What a great idea! My son is not graduating per se this year but he is going on to middle school. He has photos of his classmates that he hasn't done anything with and I think these pages would be a great idea for a mini album for his teacher.
