Hello! Wilna here today! Anyone in the mood for a little art lesson? Play with paint? Make a bit of a mess? Well, then this tutorial is for you!
For Step 2, I used Ali Edwards' Photo Outline brushes and stamps. I just printed it on my 12x12 white cardstock. There are so many options to use, this is just one.
