Hey everyone! Roree here, and I am back again this week with another Sketch Challenge. No inspiration photo to go with it though. I just put something together on the fly. ;)
I decided to go with another 8.5 x 11" or 4.25 x 5.5" layout. It is my favorite size to work with.
Here it is:
I have been having so much fun with cards lately that I kept with it and made another card for this week's sketch.
I used the Sidewalks collection and placed a row embellishments in place of the rounded squares in the sketch. I added some baker's twine to the chipboard balloon popped it up on some foam adhesive, weaving the twine through the title.
I so adore the fun colors, patterns, and embellishments in this collection. It really is one of my favorites.
Amy played along with my sketch this week, and here is what she came up with:
She used the Sasparilla collection for the most adorable Valentine's card. She turned the sketch on its side, and created a 3-d heart garland that trails off the card. How creative!
And look at the Mini Market & Sticky Key alphas she lined up in columns for the sentiment. Don't you just love it?!

Both are adorable! Thanks for the inspo. It's nice to see one card that's more feminine, and one that's more masculine. Sometimes it's hard to find ideas for masculine projects.
